5-step happy path from quote-accepted to policy-in-force. HO3 attestation comes first so we can pre-fill identity. Diligent search is the last step pre-bind, with the agent's affidavit signed inline. Post-bind, the homeowner gets a magic-link to the Althea portal to retrieve docs and e-sign.

Three admitted carriers + declination reasons, pre-filled from the agent's last submission. Agent signs the affidavit inline. CTA: Bind policy.
