Interactions

Lender picker — curated dropdown of common US lenders; mailing address + ISAOA/ATIMA wording autofill. Agent can override either. Free-text fallback for niche lenders.
Escrow toggle — true → billing path = mortgagee escrow on Frame 13. False → HO direct bill; HO picks PIF vs PF inside Ascend checkout post-commit.
Additional interest — used for HELOCs, second liens, named loss payees. Each gets the same EOI delivery via InsVista.

Design notes

Mortgagee data captured here lives in PAS but maps to Ascend as a secondary contact on the Insured (not a separate Ascend billing_type). ALT-90 owns the mortgagee data model.
Lender directory refresh cadence + source-of-truth is an open OQ — quarterly refresh from public mortgage lender data assumed.
InsVista is the post-commit delivery vendor; PAS sends daily batch. Deductible passed as dollar value, not percentage (per known InsVista issue).

No mortgagee (property owned outright) — toggle off, skip address fields
Niche lender not in dropdown (free-text + manual address)
Two mortgagees with different ISAOA/ATIMA preferences
Loss payee distinct from mortgagee (e.g., trustee)
