Send to client (modal over Frame 6)

As an agent, I want to send the quote to the client via shareable link or PDF, branded with my agency.
As a homeowner, when I open the link my agent sent, I want to see a clean, plain-language version of the quote — not the agent UI.
[low prio] As an agent, I want to know when the client opened/viewed the quote.

HO contact capture — first time we ask for name, email, and phone, per the "send-action is where insured identity belongs" decision. Phone optional; used for SMS delivery + pre-filled at bind.
Send via — email or SMS — agent picks one or both delivery channels. Email is default; SMS toggles on if a phone is captured.
Send button — delivers via the picked channels and copies the shareable link to the agent's clipboard so they can paste into their CRM.
Live preview — agent sees exactly what the HO will see. Updates if agent changes the personal note.

Modal sits over Frame 6 (quote view) — agent doesn't lose context.
HO-facing view is intentionally minimal: headline price, what it covers, expiry, agent's name. No taxes/fees breakdown — that's an agent concern, not a sales concern.
Agency branding (Schneider Insurance) appears, but Althea is acknowledged as the carrier in fine print elsewhere.
Email + SMS shown together; agent can pick either, both, or just copy the link.
