Producer dropdown — Carl's launch model: agency-wide login + per-bind producer selection. Drives attribution and "lock" semantics on the submission. Per-producer SSO is Phase-2.
Co-insureds — captured here so OFAC runs against everyone, not just the primary insured. Each co-insured gets screened.
Effective date validations — live as the date is changed. Backdate/postdate beyond ±14 days routes to underwriter referral, not block. HO3 6mo rule covered separately in Frame 21.
Identity passes to §3 OFAC — silent on pass. OFAC failure routes to Frame 20 referral state.

No SSN, no driver's license, no gov-ID scan, no KBA at MVP. Underlying HO3 carrier cross-reference provides indirect identity validation.
