payment_status sub-attribute — `Captured` / `Pending` / `Cleared` / `Failed`, mapped to Ascend invoice statuses. Does NOT gate coverage — Pattern 1.
Set B delivery — automated post-commit. Welcome letter + dec + policy form go via e-delivery (consent signed in Set A). EOI to mortgagee via InsVista daily batch.
Bind-void — visible only inside the 24h post-commit clerical-reversal window. Beyond that, agent uses standard cancellation flow (separate spec).

Design notes

Big green "in-force" banner — Pattern 1 means bound = in-force regardless of payment-clear status. Coverage is on.
Payment status occupies its own card, not the headline — subordinate to bind status itself.
Pay-progress timeline shows past, now, and expected — agent can communicate to HO confidently about the gap window.
Set B docs all sent via e-delivery — if HO had declined consent, that path is closed at launch (hard gate).
Bind-void countdown is real-time. Beyond 24h, the void-bar disappears.
