Interactions

Drag-drop or file picker — two upload idioms only (no email-in at launch). AMSes mangle filenames on export so filename irrelevant; QR-parse drives the match.
QR & hash verification — parses the QR code on page 1, looks up the original packet by quote_id, compares packet hash to detect tampering or version drift. Mismatch blocks commit.
Audit cert detection — DocuSign or native AMS sign appends a 1-2 page audit cert at the end. Required at launch — wet signature path is disallowed (no audit cert = no UETA artifact = no upload).
Commit re-validation — accumulation, CAT suspension, eligibility re-checked against current state at the §5 gate. Sigs-in-hand-but-CAT-now-suspended fails here (Frame 22).

Design notes

Parsed preview ("16573 Pine Valley") catches wrong-packet uploads before commit.
Sig-zone count check (6 required for this packet) catches partial signing.
"DocuSign Envelope" specifically named — also accepts native AMS audit certs from Hawksoft / NowCerts / EZLynx Formstack-equivalents. Anonymized in production wording.
Single "Commit bind" button — this is the §5 atomic write.
