Interactions

QR code — page 1 of the packet encodes {quote_id, submission_id, packet_hash}. On upload-back, we parse the QR to match the packet to the right submission and verify hash integrity. AMS filename mangling becomes irrelevant.
AMS-native sign flow — agent uses DocuSign or whatever's built into their AMS (Hawksoft, EZLynx, NowCerts, Applied Epic native, AMS360 + DocuSign). Audit cert appended on return is our UETA artifact.

Design notes

Single consolidated PDF — Carl's "one envelope" rule. Sub-25 MB target accommodates the 80-page WO-BASE-001 policy form (delivered in Set B post-commit, not Set A).
Packet is hash-locked at generation; re-download required if anything changes upstream.
No AcroForm fields — pre-fill rendered as text, sig zones coordinate-anchored for DocuSign / native AMS sign overlay.
Expires in 7 days if not signed; agent must re-quote after that (rate freshness).
PFA is NOT in this packet — lives in Ascend checkout if HO selects PF.
